    Engineering Design

    Our Engineering Design department focuses on the compliance, feasibility, design and specification of water / wastewater treatment processes and equipment, materials handling and process plant layout. To support the integrated delivery of your project, we provide a complete package of engineering services from process engineers, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, structural engineers as well as instrumentation and control, programmable logic controllers (PLC) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) modifications.

    Some of our previous projects include engineering designs for process amplifications, new and rehabilitated network systems, water and wastewater pump system design and optimisation, sludge and biogas handling systems, chemical dosing systems, filtration systems, civil and structural modification and upgrades, and new process development.

The use of 3D building information modelling (BIM) significantly assists stakeholders in project comprehension, and improves the quality of safety reviews and lifecycle design

    After reviewing and optimising the design, construction documentation is prepared in the client’s CAD platform of choice and controlled under our ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management System to meet legislative and industry standards.
